In Flux Studio — Cookie Policy

In Flux Studio LLC

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

Contact: privacy@influxstudio.co

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the In Flux Studio application (app.influxstudio.co) and our website (influxstudio.co). It supplements Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

1. Cookies in the Application

The application sets two cookies. Both are strictly necessary: without them you cannot sign in, so they do not require your consent.

Cookie Purpose Duration
connect.sid Keeps you signed in after you log in 7 days, or until you log out
ifs.oauth_state Carries temporary state while you sign in with Google or connect Google Drive. Sent only to /api/auth/google and cleared once it is used 10 minutes at most

Both cookies are HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read them) and are sent only over HTTPS. The session cookie is SameSite=Strict and the Google sign-in cookie is SameSite=Lax, which limits when a browser will send them from another site.

2. Browser Storage in the Application

The application saves a few display preferences in your browser's local storage so the interface looks the way you left it: your light or dark theme, list and table view settings, which timeline you had open, whether a details panel is collapsed, the autoplay setting in the asset viewer, and the last tab you opened in the cost view. It also uses session storage to carry a one-time confirmation message across a page change.

This data stays in your browser. It is not sent to us with your requests and is not used to track you. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings; the application will return to its default settings.

3. No Tracking or Advertising

The application uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies. Its fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider or any other third party.

If you choose Sign in with Google, you are sent to Google's sign-in page, where Google's own cookies apply under Google's privacy policy.

4. Our Website

Our website at influxstudio.co sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies' servers, with one exception: the Request access page, described below. If you switch the site between its light and dark themes, your browser saves that choice in local storage (ifs-theme). It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The Request access page embeds a form provided by HubSpot. When that page loads, your browser contacts HubSpot's servers (hsforms.net, hsforms.com, hubspot.com, hsappstatic.net) and Google (google.com, gstatic.com), which HubSpot uses for reCAPTCHA spam protection and for the form's fonts. Those companies receive your IP address and may set cookies on their own domains under their own policies, such as the bot-protection cookie (__cf_bm) on HubSpot's domains. What we do with the information you submit is described in Section 5.1 of our Privacy Policy.

If we add cookies to the website that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy first.

5. Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the application's cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

6. Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we will update the Effective Date above. Material changes are handled as described in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
