participating in this Beta, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. “As-Is” Nature of the Service

The Service is currently in a testing phase. You understand that the platform is provided on an “AS IS” and
“AS AVAILABLE” basis. It may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause system failures or data
loss.

2. No Data Guarantee

While we take security seriously, we do not guarantee the permanence or integrity of any data (including
client content) uploaded to the platform during the Beta phase. We strongly recommend that you maintain
independent backups of all original files and content.

3. Use of Client Content

If you are using the platform to process or manage content belonging to your clients, you confirm that you
have obtained the necessary consent from those clients to use a Beta-stage third-party service. In Flux Studio
LLC is not responsible for any breaches of confidentiality between you and your clients.

4. Feedback and Intellectual Property

Your feedback is vital to our growth. By providing feedback, you agree that In Flux Studio LLC may use your
suggestions, ideas, or bug reports to improve the platform without any financial compensation or ownership
claims being granted to you.

5. Confidentiality

You may encounter features or designs that are not yet public. You agree to keep all non-public aspects of
the Beta Service confidential and refrain from sharing screenshots or recordings of the internal platform
without written permission from In Flux Studio LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall In Flux Studio LLC be liable for any damages—including loss of data, loss of profits, or
business interruption—arising out of the use or inability to use the Beta Service.
